Shipping and Return

BERRYS Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping:

Order Inspection: Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If there are any issues or damages, you MUST contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Shipping Address: We only ship to the billing address associated with your order. Exceptions may be made in special cases. To request an address exception, you must provide a copy of your government-issued photo ID and a signed written authorization approving shipment to a different address.

Processing Time: In-stock orders are processed within 48 to 96 hours, unless otherwise stated. We prioritize secure and careful packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via FedEx, unless otherwise specified. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Tracking Updates: Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to update. If tracking shows no movement immediately, please check again later.

International Shipping (Including Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, Puerto Rico): International customers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes (if applicable).


Order Cancellation & Changes:

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests can only be fulfilled before the order has shipped. Once your cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a refund or store credit within 7 business days, minus any applicable cancellation fees.


Returns:

All returns must be pre-authorized by BERRYS. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Before returning any merchandise, the customer must:

  • Obtain a return authorization number

  • Provide the original purchase invoice

  • Include the order confirmation details

All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover handling and repackaging.

Refund Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, the product must be:

  • In brand new condition

  • In its original, unopened, undamaged packaging

  • Ready for immediate resale

Items that have been opened, installed, used, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.

Please note that shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable. Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for return, cancellation, or refund.

Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after returned items have been inspected and approved.

If free shipping was applied to your original order, the refund will be deducted by the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

Chargebacks:

Fraudulent chargebacks are taken very seriously. BERRYS reserves the right to take legal action against any party engaging in fraudulent activity or misuse of the chargeback process.


Lost or Stolen Packages:

BERRYS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance with this process, our support team will be happy to guide you.


Incorrect Shipping Address:

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct when placing the order. Since we strive to ship orders quickly, there is only a small window to make corrections. Please contact us immediately if you believe the shipping address provided is incorrect.
