Berrys. (based in Seoul, South Korea) reserves the right to amend, update, or discharge any part of its duties, warranties, or liabilities related to its products and services. The following outlines our official policy terms:

1. Warranty

Purchase and Opening: By purchasing and opening the product sold by Berrys., the purchaser explicitly acknowledges, understands, and agrees to assume full responsibility for its use after purchase.

Release of Liability: Berrys., including its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and agents, is released from liability for service costs, repairs, or consequences resulting from product usage after purchase.

Assumption of Risk: The purchaser agrees to assume all risks associated with product use, including, but not limited to, concerns related to quality, build, performance, and maintenance. This includes the risks of using the product with or alongside other components.

Limitation of Liability: Berrys. is not responsible for damages or losses, direct or consequential, resulting from equipment failure or product mal-performance after installation.

Racing or Off-Road Use: All products are strictly intended for off-road and racing use only.

User Safety: Berrys. makes no guarantees or representations regarding user protection from injury or death. The user assumes all associated risks.

Personal Judgment: By purchasing, the customer agrees to use their own judgment in selecting the product and determining its suitability for their use.

Magnetic Paddle Shifter Warranty: All magnetic paddle shifters are covered under a limited lifetime warranty, strictly covering defects in mechanical mechanisms. This warranty excludes any cosmetic blemishes, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from environmental conditions or user handling.

Warranty Process: To initiate a warranty claim, customers must email support@berrys-performance.com with the following:

A clear photo of the original warranty card
Photo of the product installed
Matching VIN plate (vehicle identification number) with visible engraving

Failure to provide this information may result in denial of the claim.

Owner Responsibility: Once the product is mounted or used, all responsibilities transfer to the owner.

2. Installation and Maintenance

Berrys. assumes no liability for the purchase, installation, use, or maintenance of any product. By purchasing, the buyer agrees to assume full responsibility for installation, usage, and maintenance. All products must be installed and maintained by qualified professionals. Improper or negligent installation, lack of maintenance, or failure to follow provided instructions voids all warranties and releases Berrys. from liability.

Instructions for installation and maintenance are included in the product packaging. Berrys. is not responsible for damage resulting from deviation from these instructions.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

All parts are sold "as is" and "with all faults." Berrys. makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Purchasers assume all responsibility for servicing, repair, or replacement of parts, whether due to manufacturing defects or user misuse. This includes any use in racing environments.

4. Contracting Out of Liability

By agreeing to this policy, the purchaser acknowledges that Berrys. is not subject to any product liability regulations. All risks—material or immaterial—are assumed by the purchaser.

5. General Terms

These terms are binding upon purchase and apply to the original purchaser and any subsequent user. Terms are subject to change without notice. Continued use or resale of the product indicates acceptance of all terms.

6. Vehicle Compatibility

Vehicle compatibility is provided for reference only. Due to OEM variations or production differences (e.g., steering wheel versions or electronic configurations), exact compatibility cannot be guaranteed. Customers are responsible for verifying fitment prior to installation.

7. Limitation of Website Liability

All information provided through our site is “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding the uninterrupted availability or accuracy of content. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from site usage.

8. Pricing Errors

In the event of pricing or information errors, Berrys. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders with incorrect details. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

9. Remedies

Any breach of these terms may entitle Berrys. to pursue legal or equitable relief. Remedies include, but are not limited to, injunctive relief, damage recovery, and legal expenses.

10. Disputes

All disputes shall be handled through arbitration in Seoul, Korea. Berrys. reserves the right to seek injunctive or legal action in Korean courts to protect intellectual property or resolve disputes. All claims must be filed within one (1) year of occurrence.

11. International Access

Berrys. offers international shipping to select countries including the U.S., Canada, and Germany. Customers are responsible for compliance with local laws and taxes upon import.

12. Intellectual Property Notice

All content on our site, including branding, logos, photos, and product designs, is the property of Berrys. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

13. Privacy Policy

Berrys. respects customer data and privacy. No data is shared externally except as necessary to complete orders via third-party payment providers (e.g., Shopify).

14. Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or reliability of third-party sites.

15. Superseding Terms

These conditions override any additional terms included in external purchase orders unless expressly agreed upon in writing by Berrys.
